Welcome to Prem Tour and Travel. By booking or using our taxi and travel services in Goa, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Booking and Confirmation
- Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or our official website.
- All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or call from us.
- We reserve the right to cancel any booking under unavoidable circumstances.
2. Pricing and Payment
- All prices will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
- Prices may vary based on distance, time, vehicle type, and peak season.
- Full payment must be made either in advance or at the time of pickup.
3. Cancellation and Refund
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
- No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time or for no-shows.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate pickup details and be available at the specified time.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions.
- Passengers must not carry illegal items, flammable substances, or heavy goods without prior notice.
5. Vehicle and Driver Conduct
- All our vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and driven by professional drivers.
- Inappropriate behavior towards drivers or property damage may result in trip cancellation or legal action.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- We strive for timely service but cannot guarantee punctuality due to factors beyond our control.
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay incurred during the journey.
7. Privacy and Data Usage

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Goa.
